REMARKS:
Feedback from some seniors, perhaps some changes to the weekly training programme - Training Heads please work within the periods allocated to you (Physical Component and Run).

Some ideas:
- Sprints instead of long distance runs around track
- Break @ Exercise Corner during course of run, do static exercises, chin ups, etc.
- Change of structure to overall training outline (because fitness instructors wants to participate in games as well - yours truly will be coming up with a new training plan next week, stay tuned!)
Do remember to consider the need for proper hydration for club members during anything external.

These are views expressed by some seniors (and. ahem. yourselves. hahaha.) ; do consider them, Amira and Tim - its ultimately your choice to make changes during your fitness and run components. (IMHO, i reckon if its all too late, then just review and instead put the changes up for NEXT WEEK'S training.)
