SAJC Open House 2010

Dear All,

The SAJC Open House 2010 is slated to take place on 13/01/10 (also known as THIS WEDNESDAY). It will be split into 3 shifts. (Shift allocations below)

SHIFT 1: 1000 - 1200 HRS
SHIFT 2: 1200 - 1400 HRS
SHIFT 3: 1400 - 1600 HRS

The Open House will end at approximately 1600HRS.

The following is the day's Itinerary for your reference:

Members are expected to assemble AT THE GYM 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SHIFT COMMENCES. You will be briefed by either me or Kai Ying before you move on to your stations. Those who end shift, are expected to report to either me or Kai Ying first before going off.

There will be 3 different job scoops:

Mobile Publicisers
Distribution of flyers while wondering about school; mingle with open house visitors.

Booth
Manning booth, handling computer with video / pictures of our activities.

Gym Duty (Preferably from Training Comm)
Facilitate tour of gym, and demonstration of gym equipment – First Aid IC (Hui Qing) to stand by at gym.

Fellow SAF members, the following are your shifts. You are given the flexibility of switching your shifts with other members, but please take the initiative of informing either me or my AIC Kai Ying should you do so. The pair switching must agree with one another before the switch.
