As you know, the year is coming to an end, and we're all going to be busy, with tasks for the club and school. Please note of the following (as informed by Ms Choo):
TASKS
Ms Choo has got some posters for some sports events for the Year 2010. Can start working on the noticeboard now, keeping in mind how to publicise these events this year and next year etc
2) Update log list and pack storeroom - Ben Poo & Log Comm + some Excos
We will all know what we have and don't have for next year, save us from unnecessary purchases. To ask for additional manpower if required.
3) Tidy up the gym counter & posters - Ben Lim + some Excos
Comments from Ms Choo: I have been to the gym & yes it was neater after the last cleaning exercise. But I think more could be done esp the notices on the gym door, posters that were lying ard on the cupboard and loose items at the gym counter. Quite untidy. Can we get some cheap but nice picture frames to frame up these posters? I am always afraid that these posters may go missing someday. I still have some cash club fund for this.
4) Training - Amira & Tim
Comments from Ms Choo: Tim has been planning some training sessions from what he told me last time. Good work! =)
5) Sports games - Rena
Can start to source & find out from club members what they may be interested in participating next year for our sports education programme e.g. Kayaking Courses, Rock Climbing etc.

The SAJC OPEN HOUSE is slated to be held on 13 JAN 2010. I and Ben Poo will be presiding over this event, and we will need the support of ALL members if possible. Check back next week for more information.
